PICK UP ORDERS

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES

Orders will typically be delivered within 72 hours, we will email to confirm date of delivery. Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

BULK DELIVERIES

This order will be delivered in loose bulk with a dump truck – please ensure there is enough space for our truck to safely dump.

As a rule, we can deliver up to 10 cubic yards of soil/mulch or up to 10 cubic yards of gravel/rock/sand with our dump trucks. For greater volumes, please email olabulkdelivery@gmail.com

BAGGED DELIVERIES

You do NOT need to be home to take delivery.
To receive the bag where you want it please mark an X on your driveway on an area 4′ X 4′ that you can easily drive your car to. You can use sticks, brooms, hockey sticks, tape, chalk or whatever you can find to mark the X with.
Off to the side of your driveway is an ideal and most common location.
Our delivery forklifts require clear access to the X, with an area minimum of 9 feet wide and 16 feet high… we cannot go through gates or lift over shrubs or fences… (Remember the air conditioner at the side of your house and low hanging wires). A general rule of thumb is if you can ROUTINELY drive your car to the bag location we can often place the bag there.
Sorry, we can NOT put the bags under carports or in Garages.
Be aware that we deliver anytime between Sun up and Sun Down so you may want to mark an X on your driveway the night before.
Please plan on using your bag the day following your delivery just in case we deliver your bag late in the day.
