Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

OLA BULK DELIVERY INC offers a 15-day return and refund policy on all deliveries. Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. We are committed to delivering high-quality materials and back every order with a comprehensive quality assurance process. If you have concerns about your delivery, please inspect the materials within 48 hours of receipt and document any issues with clear photos. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date and should demonstrate that the issue existed at the time of delivery. Our customer care team is available to assist, and we aim to provide a prompt and fair resolution for concerns related to product quality, delivery accuracy, or material specifications within industry standards. However, we are unable to process returns or refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, site access issues, environmental changes to the material after delivery, lack of documentation within the 48-hour inspection window, normal color variations, or undocumented claims. To help ensure a successful delivery, please make sure there is clear access for delivery vehicles, accurate delivery instructions are provided, the site is ready for material placement, and someone is on-site during the delivery window. While we take all reasonable precautions, customers are responsible for ensuring their property can safely accommodate our delivery trucks, including adequate space, turning radius, overhead clearance, and stable surfaces. OLA BULK DELIVERY INC reserves the right to update these terms at any time in order to improve service and maintain operational standards.
